The blower motor on our HVAC went out. With the part under 100% warranty, a local competitor was unable to gain a laundered profit off the part cost so instead was going to charge 3x the market rate for labor in our area. With one phone call to Rusk, this REAL company had their own confirmation inspection done, the part ordered, installed, and working within 24 hours of our call. At 1/3 the price of our original quote. This is how you gain lifelong customers.

My AC went out today. We called and the technician arrived within a couple of hours. He quickly identified the issue and replaced the part quickly. He was very professional and courteous. We will definitley use them again!

My experience with Rusk was absolutely outstanding! I just bought my first home and wanted to have our HVAC system checked. Our technician’s name was Spencer and he was the epitome of professional and friendly.

He showed me how my system works, what potential problems I could have in the future, what preventative maintenance steps I can take, and made incredible recommendations. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything or feel like I was being asked to buy anything I didn’t need.
Plus he was such a pleasure to talk to.

Kyle, the technician, was wonderful. He explained why and how the furnace was not keeping up with temperature. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely explained in layman terms. I cannot praise Kyle enough.

Great company to work with. We needed a new furnace and the staff and technicians were all very professional, quick to come to our home and access our problem, and quick to schedule an installation. We would definitely recommend this company.

Another heating/air co. Quality Comfort left me in a real lurch last week. They came but couldn't fix a fairly routine problem. Then deliberately left me without heat on a long holiday weekend.
Rusk answered the call as I sat in my 40 degree house by coming out the next day. And they're doing a great job on follow up. I give them major general status ...5 stars!

We were told we needed a new system from Arlinghaus. A technician from Rusk heating and Cooling came out to give us a 2nd opinion. He was much more thorough with his evaluation than the previous company and they saved us a ton of money. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Rusk has consistently delivered outstanding service. Today was no exception. I had a major electrical issue with my furnace right as the cold winter months are approaching. Jared did an excellent job diagnosing the problem, walking me through the details, and making sure everything was fully repaired and running smoothly.

They’ve also gone above and beyond for me in the past, including exceptional work on my outdoor AC unit during a summer breakdown. I truly appreciate their reliability, expertise, and customer-focused approach. Highly recommend!

We woke up on a Monday with no heat. Our system was old, we knew it was time. We called Rusk Heating and Cooling. They came out and gave us an estimate the same day. By Thursday evening we had a completely new system installed. New heating and air conditioning at a competitive price. We couldn't be happier with the service. Very professional employees on top of that. You won't go wrong with RUSK!
