3. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States.
  • Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

4. Entry Requirements

To be eligible to win:

  • Participant must join the official Rusk Madness bracket pool using the link provided.
  • Participant must follow Rusk on both Facebook and Instagram at the time winners are announced.
  • Only one bracket entry per person is permitted.

Entries must be submitted before the official tournament start time. Late or incomplete entries will not be eligible.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be determined based on the official scoring system of the CBS Sports bracket platform.
  • Final standings at the conclusion of the tournament determine prize placement.
  • In the event of a tie, the CBS Sports tie-breaking rules will apply.

6. Prize Details

  • Prizes will be awarded as Amazon gift cards in the following amounts:
    • 1st Place: $100
    • 2nd Place: $75
    • 3rd Place: $50
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Winners will be contacted via the email used to register in the bracket pool.
  • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

By participating, entrants agree that Rusk may announce first name, last initial, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rusk is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures, platform outages, or scoring errors on third-party websites.
  • Incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries.
  • Any injury or damage resulting from participation.

9. Modification or Cancellation

Rusk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control.
